Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Yellow Dog Design(YDD) is an industry leading manufacturer of pet products. It is our goal to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience through our network of authorized dealers, distributors, online merchants, and retail stores (collectively “Resellers”).
Our Resellers spend substantial amounts of time and investments of resources to make good on YDD’s goal of providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the excellent experience our customers have come to expect. In order to support our Reseller’s efforts, YDD has unilaterally adopted a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY.
YDD, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any reseller that advertises any product(s) covered by this MAP Policy at a price lower than MAP.
The MAP Policy applies to advertised prices, not the price at which MAP products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual in-store or over the phone. It also does not apply once an item is placed in a customer’s “virtual shopping cart” on an internet website. Pricing that is associated with the end customer’s intent to purchase is deemed the “selling price” and falls outside the MAP Policy.
The products covered by this policy are YDD’s current line of products and /or any products found in our catalog or on our website. YDD may in its sole discretion modify any products covered by this MAP Policy from time to time.
The MAP Policy applies to all advisement of MAP products in any and all media, including but not limited to coupons, flyers, posters, inserts, mailers, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media including websites, blogs, forums, email newsletters, email solicitations, Twitter, Facebook, Etsy, Pinterest, or similar social media sites, television, radio, and public signage.
The MAP Policy does not apply to solely on premise or in-store advertising that is not distributed to customers.
Resellers may not make any statements, displays or communications on its website that indicate, state, or imply or suggest that a lower price may be found at the online check out. This includes but is not limited to: “click here for lower price”, “see lower price in cart”, “check cart for lower price”, “add to cart for lower price”, or similar language. Website features such as “click for price”, automated “bounce-back” pricing emails, pre-formatted email responses, forms, and automatic price display for any items prior to being placed in a customer’s shopping cart, and other similar features are considered to be communications initiated by the reseller(rather than by the customer) and thereby constitute “advertising” under this MAP Policy.
It shall not be a violation of this MAP Policy to advertise that the reseller has “the lowest prices” or will match or beat its competitor’s prices or use similar phrases so long as the reseller does not include any advertised price below MAP and otherwise complies with this MAP Policy. In addition, it is not a violation of this MAP Policy to advertise that a customer may “call for price”, or “email for price”, or use similar language, specifically with respect to YDD products, so long as no price is listed.
From time to time, YDD may permit resellers to advertise MAP products at prices lower than MAP retail pricing. In such events, YDD reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP retail pricing with respect to the affected products for a specified time.
If YDD products are advertised or promoted as part of a package or a bundle that includes other products, it shall be a violation of this MAP Policy to advertise the package or bundle at a price if: (1) each YDD product included is not above its individual Minimum Advertised Price, (2) is lower than the total Minimum Advertised Price of each YDD product combined, or (3) violates the letter or spirit of the MAP Policy.
YDD reserves the right to cancel all orders and indefinitely refuse to accept any new orders from any resellers if YD determines, at its sole discretion, that a reseller has violated the MAP Policy or the spirit of the Policy.
YDD’s sales representatives, distributors, dealers, and any resellers, shall have no right to enforce the MAP Policy, or make any agreements or assurances with respect to YDD’s policy regarding reseller advertising or pricing.
Yellow Dog Design Marketplace Activity Policy
From our inception, Yellow Dog Design has placed a priority on independent, small chain, and regional pet stores. Protecting our brand and your livelihood has always been one of our guiding principles. This focus will continue as we all consider the rise of eCommerce and online marketplaces.
Beginning January 1, 2018 all Yellow Dog Design customers will be required to comply with our long standing Minimum Advertised Pricing policy and a new Marketplace Activity Policy. Please ensure that your stores, websites, and all other channels are in compliance with this policy by Jan 1, 2018.
Over the last eleven months we have spent considerable time researching and analyzing the presence of our products on marketplaces, as well as those of competitors and other brands in the pet category. We have also solicited and received feedback from a number of customers. The rise of Amazon and other marketplaces such as Jet, Walmart, and eBay are like no other disruption in the history of retail. Their reach and focus on growth vs profits has offered unprecedented opportunity, while simultaneously presenting significant risk to both brands and businesses just like yours. In order to safeguard our most valuable asset, you, and to ensure years of mutually beneficial cooperation, we will be applying and enforcing the Marketplace Activity Policy effective January 1, 2018.
The requirements are as follows in regard to Amazon activity, listings, and sales:
1. Sales of Yellow Dog Design product via the FBA program is not permitted
2. Sales of Yellow Dog Design product via Seller Fulfilled Prime is not permitted
3. Sales of Yellow Dog Design product via FBM (fulfilled by merchant) are permitted and must comply with the aforementioned MAP policy
4. Creating, modifying, or otherwise altering Yellow Dog Design products on Amazon is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to titles, images, feature bullets, videos, descriptions, sponsored product ads, offers, promotions, bundles, kitting, and giveaways
5. Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned policies will result in immediate action against the seller account, business entity, customer status within Yellow Dog Design, and all open or pending orders.
